Apartment is located in a very convenient location. Close to the train station and city centre (5 min by walk to both of them). You have access to the LIDL, Coop and Familia by less than 5 minutes walk. Also there is a gym in the nearby. Apartment is fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment has an AC unit which became necessary with recent heat waves. Rooms have acceptable noise cancelling windows. Apartment and both toilets were very clean (at least until I left) and by weekly cleaning, you can have a very nice and clean living space. Most important feature is the landlord. Fabio is very responsible, respectful and totally understanding the student needs. Moreover, Andrea is very picky about tenants, so you can be sure that all flatmates will be reasonable people. I lived in the apartment for three years and I strongly recommend this place for all students and young people.

The kitchen/living area of the apartment is large with air-conditioning, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove and a large fridge. The size of this space allows one to have visitors over while at the same time not having to worry about bothering the other inhabitants of the house. Another advantage of the apartment is the presence of two bathrooms. Lastly, the apartment is located conveniently on walking distance from both the train station and the city centre.

I have stayed approximately one year in Forli, as part of my master program. Before I have arrived to Forli, I have contacted Andrea in search of a shared apartment. He was very helpful and managed the process very well. My flatmates were also nice people and didn't feel any estrangement. Highly recommended

Really affordable and easy to get comfortable with. While the room may not seem large, I managed to fit my whole life into it with ample room to move. Very spacious wardrobes, comfortable bed and a lovely living room. No complaints at all.
